M50 manifold adaptor kit - for BMW E36, with brackets and associated components

!!! NEW YEAR'S DEAL !!!
Any customer who purchases our M50 conversion kit before 31 Dec will have a chance to win a massive £50 off the already discounted M50 conversion dedicated remap service. read more

This conversion kit allows the M50 intake manifold to be installed on BMW E36 with an M52 engine (320i, 323i, 328i). It comprises of a vacuum adaptor for connecting the M52 vacuum ancilaries to the M50 manifold and a bracket set to affix the manifold itself, fuel rail, ICV and the oil dipstick in place.

The conversion kit is pre-assembled and comes complete with a comprehensive installation manual covering the removal of the M52 intake. It also contains detailed information on kit placement, do's & dont's and useful hints. The vacuum adaptor arrangement has been tested for about 2 years then removed from the car to inspect the wear on its components to confirm suitability prior to being put on the market.

Industrial grade components were chosen for this kit in order to ensure compatibility with the environment the adapator is subjected to. This includes fuel and oil vapour resistant hoses and connectors selected to withstand the automotive temperature range. This vacuum conversion kit comes with a custom made throttle body plate to facilitate the M52 throttle body. Following the installation procedure ensures that there are no air leaks.

The mounting bracket set is laser cut from stainless steel and comes with stainless steel fixings. The kit is designed to utilise OEM M52 supports to provide a rigid support for the manifold. It also enables the ICV and dipstick to be fixed in place and mounts the M52 fuel rail onto the manifold.

This conversion kit does not include an M50 intake manifold. Modification using this kit is fully reversible, so you can put your engine back to its factory state. The kit can then be put onto another car or re-sold. The contents of the conversion kit are listed below.

Do not forget to check our E36 induction kit and results of the dyno run of a 328i after our manifold conversion and M50 swap dedicated remap.
